The first weekend of the post season with two games tonight and a couple tomorrow. A few words about each game and a best value TD pick and player lines acca. Then very much for small stakes a 2TD shout at big odds. Not expecting any hugely high scoring games from this slate so please keep stakes pretty low

Bills @ Texans: The game could hang on the fitness of Will Fuller. Houston are a much more effective offence with his ability to stretch the field. Buffalo struggle to put points on the board. It won’t take much to win this and I’ll have faith that Fuller starts and Watson gets his playoff win.

Houston -2.5 5/6 Cole Beasley Anytime TD

Titans @ Patriots: Hardest game of the weekend to call. I have always gone with ‘Never bet against the Patriots’ and it’s served me well but the Titans are the hottest team in football and the Pats have only been able to score without th trick plays. Something tells me Bellichick finds a Full Back nobody has heard of and nicks the game but I’ll take the Titans with points to keep it close at least.

Tennessee Titans +5 10/11 Corey Davis Anytime TD 4/1

Vikings @Saints: Has to be New Orleans at home. I think the Saints win easily but 8 points on the handicap is little heavy for me. I see the Saints coming out big and Brees getting this done as early as possible. Both defences are vulnerable here and rather than take on that handicap, a high scoring game is a safer proposition.

Over 49.5 points 10/11 Jared Cook Anytime TD 11/8

Seahawks @ Eagles: The second hardest game to call. I had Philly winning this pre season, I’m not really sure how Seattle are even playing in January with no ground game unless you believe in the second coming of Marshawn Lynch. The Eagles seem to have found a gem in Boston Scott and despite having an Arsenal level of luck with injury have found something at the death to make it through a terrible division. Not a fan of Seattle on the road. Wentz comes good.

Eagles +1.5 10/11 Dallas Goedert 11/8

Dallas Goedert (Eagles) Corey Davis (Titans) Cole Beasley (Bills) Jared Cook (Saints) Anytime TD Trebles and 63/1 acca

Deshaun Watson (Texans) Over1.5 Passing TDs, Drew Brees (Saints) Over2.5 Passing TDs Rex Burkhead Over19.5 Rush Yards 6.8/1 Treble

DeAndre Hopkins (Texans) 8/1, Derrick Henry (Titans) 9/2, Alvin Kamara (Saints) 3/1, Dallas Goedert (Eagles) 10/1 2TDs or more Yankee
